Our apartments Alpenrose, Edelweiss and Enzian apartments are located in the building of the “Alpen-Appartements Zürcher”. The apartment Alma is located in the house called “Johann’s Appartements”.
Alpenrose

Edelweiss

The gentian is one of our most beautiful high mountain plants and symbolizes spring and new beginnings. Maybe that’s why we named this apartment after it, because here you start every morning into a new, wonderful day, gather unforgettable impressions and experience exciting adventures.

The house "Johann's Appartements" is located directly on the farm.
Another of our gems is our apartment Alma. Here the whole family will find enough space and freedom to let off steam or retreat. The wonderful nature of the Paznaun awaits you as your power place. One thing is for certain, here you can recharge your batteries and enjoy the soothing deceleration away from everyday life.
The apartment Alma is located in the house “Johann’s Appartements” only a few meters away from the house “Alpen-Appartements Zürcher”.

Here you will find all information for your stay in Kappl.
Arrival is possible between 3:30 pm and 8:00 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, please inform us by telephone on +43 676 540 03 34 approx. 1 hour before arrival. We will be happy to store your luggage safely until you move into your booked apartment. If you arrive later, we will leave your key in the key safe right at the house.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:00 am at the latest. A later departure is subject to availability and only possible by prior arrangement. This service will be charged at a daily rate of € 100.00. The lastest possible check-out time is at 6 pm. (Late check-out is only possible at the Alpen-Appartements Zürcher.)
Your booking will only become effective after a deposit of 30% of the total price has been paid. This deposit must be paid by bank transfer within 5 working days of booking. You will then receive a written confirmation from us. If no deposit is received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

For a fully accessible vacation you will find a passenger elevator in the house. It takes you comfortably from the reception to each apartment. The ski room and the garbage room are located on the first floor and are, of course, also accessible via the elevator. Our apartments are spacious and have no raised floors in the living area, bedroom or bathroom. Please note, however, that we do not offer specific wheelchair access facilities.
All our bathrooms are equipped with towels, bath towels, washcloths, toilet paper, toiletries, shower gel and hand soap.
Our apartments are already equipped with bed linen. On request, we can change these during your stay up to 7 nights (for a fee). From a stay of 7 nights this service is free of charge for our house guests.
Please settle your final bill at our reception the evening before your departure between 7:30 pm and 8 pm. Payment is made in cash only. We thank you for your understanding that we cannot accept credit card payments.
You will find an order list for the bread delivery service both in your apartment and via this Link. In summer we deliver directly to your apartment from Monday to Saturday and in winter from Monday to Sunday.

Monday to Saturday: 6:30 am to 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Sundays and public holidays: 06:00 to 11:00 am (no delivery on 25th December and 1st January)

House “Alpen-Appartements Zürcher”
The ski bus stop is right next to our house (only in winter). The bus stop to Ischgl, Galtür and See is only about 300 meters from the house on the Silvretta Straße (bus stop: “Wiese” junction).
House “Johann’s Appartements”
The ski bus stop is about 50 meters from the house (only in winter). The bus stop for the bus to Ischgl, Galtür and See is also only about 800 meters from the house on the Silvretta Straße (bus stop: “Wiese” junction).
Here you will find all bus connections from Landeck to See, Kappl, Ischgl and Galtür.
We charge a one-off flat rate per booking for the final cleaning of our apartments. The costs for the final cleaning are not included in the apartment price. The invoice will be issued with the final bill.

Apartment, 3 – 7 persons: € 130,00
We are happy to serve you our breakfast highlight directly in our house. Breakfast is available daily from 07:00 to 9:45 am in our lovingly furnished “Almrausch” breakfast room on the first floor. This is also barrier-free thanks to our passenger elevator.
You can book the offer by e-mail at least 7 days before arrival. You will be invoiced with the final bill on the evening before your departure or on the day of departure.
The breakfast service is offered exclusively in the house “Alpen-Appartements Zürcher”.
We thank you for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our houses.
Quality you can see and taste. A high-quality fully automatic coffee machine with a large selection of coffee specialties is available to you 24/7. When you check in, you will receive a credit chip which you can use to enjoy the coffee world during your stay without cash. Of course, our tea lovers will also find a large selection of organic teas. You will be billed with your final bill.
Our kitchens are equipped with coffee machines (filters), kettles, egg cooker, toasters, pans & pots, crockery, cutlery, kitchen boards, knife blocks etc. Also included in the kitchen equipment are dish towels, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs and dishcloths.
The local tax of € 3.00 per person and day is not included in the apartment price. It will be charged with the final bill. Children up to the age of 15 are free of charge.
From 1 November 2024 the local tax will be € 5.00 per person per day.
Sufficient outdoor parking spaces (not covered) are available directly at our houses. These are free of charge for all our guests.
All prices quoted are in EUR and are valid for the number of persons stated in your booking confirmation. Should the number of persons be reduced during the stay, the total amount indicated must still be paid. Should the number of persons increase (only possible in writing and after consultation with us), the accommodation price and the local tax will be added accordingly. The same applies to any breakfast booked.
During your vacation in the Paznaun, you will receive the digital vacation companion app PIA with integrated digital guest card. The app provides you with useful information, tips and features for the exact period of your stay and is available to you free of charge around the clock on your smartphone.

Our houses are non-smoking houses. Please use the ashtrays in front of the houses or on the individual balconies.

A separate ski room with heated ski boot dryer is available in the Alpen-Appartement Zürcher. This is also accessible from the outside through a separate door for our house guests only.
In the house “Johann’s Appartements” you will find a storage room for skis and ski boots right next to your apartment.
Cancellations are only accepted in written form. The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions ABGH apply.
To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance via www.europaeische.at.
